Terms and Conditions for online Spanish courses with ¡oYe! Spanish
The following terms and conditions apply to all Spanish language classes and courses booked and paid for by students with ¡oYe! Spanish. Booking of classes implies acceptance of these terms of service.
General:
At ¡oYE! Spanish we strive to offer the very best service in Spanish instruction to all our students, and to be engaged in a process of continual improvement.
As an online student with ¡oYe! Spanish you will be regularly invited to comment on your experience, and are encouraged to rate the service you are receiving.
But you are free at any time to contact administration to request a change of teacher, or a change of teaching style and materials.
¡oYe! Spanish makes every effort to ensure that all the information presented on this website is accurate, up-to-date, and in no way misleading.
Learning Materials and Copyright:
Learning materials are provided as appropriate by the teacher to the student and are intended for the sole use of the student who has paid for the classes.
¡oYe! Spanish maintains copyright on all its teaching materials and exercises.
All content of this website - text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the sole property of ¡oYe! Spanish and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of any of the materials or content on this website is strictly forbidden
Payment Terms and Conditions:

Internet Connections and Service:
¡oYe! Spanish is in no way responsible for the quality of the internet service or intermediary software used to communicate with the student. Interruption and failure of the internet or the intermediary software cannot be taken as grounds for requesting extra class time with the teacher.
¡oYe! Spanish is in no way responsible for the quality or usability of the student’s computer hardware or software. It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure that their equipment is in good working order prior to each class. Extra class time will not be allotted to make up for failures of the student’s hardware or software.
Content:
All registered students and users agree not to post material which is offensive, including offensive language, photographs or any material of a sexual nature that may cause harm or offense to other users or site visitors. Breach of this condition by any student member will result in termination of access and may result in the appropriate authorities being notified.
Registered users agree not to place any computer code on the ¡oYe! website which directly or indirectly links to another web site without first obtaining permission.
All registered users agree not to share their login details with any other individual, organization, group or company for the purposes of allowing others to utilize the materials posted on the ¡oYe! website.
All content posted by registered users and students are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. ¡oYe! Spanish is not responsible for any content posted or emailed to other persons. ¡oYe! Spanish does not regularly monitor or control the content posted by registered users, and does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or quality of such content.
Registration and Personal Information:
Each registered user or student is solely responsible for creating and managing their own account with ¡oYe! Spanish through the booking system at www.timelybooking.com/spanishonlineclass.com. ¡oYe! Spanish will not be held liable for any loss of services due to inaccurate information being held on our website servers.
The user will maintain their email address and any other relevant information up-to-date at all times.
¡oYe! Spanish reserve the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any registered student user for any valid reason. No refunds, payments or compensation of any kind will be paid to registered user whose in the case of the suspension or termination of their account due to breach of the terms and conditions of this document.
Pricing:
All prices displayed on this website are current. Prices may be changed from time to time according to the policy of ¡oYe! Spanish. Students’ remaining credits will not be affected by price changes, either due to prices rising or special offers becoming available for periodic promotions.
Special offers may not be combined to gain extra discounts.
Prices for classes and courses cannot be guaranteed until paid for. Special offers will have expiration dates, and payment for courses with special offers must be made before the end of the expiration date in order to qualify for that discount price.
Refunds and Cancellation:
If for any reason a student is not happy with the quality of their classes, or for any other reason the student decides to cancel their remaining classes, ¡oYe! Spanish will refund the remaining balance minus an administrative fee of 15% of the remaining value or US $15.00, whichever is the lesser of the two. In addition, the student will pay any transfer fees involved in the reimbursement of the remaining funds.
